5/28 DFW Mid-Cities Chapter - Virtual Meeting
Please join us Thursday, May 28th, for a virtual Ethics Presentation led by Roxanne Pillar, PE, as we discuss the ever-present "Gray Zone" in Engineering Ethics.
Roxanne L. Pillar is currently the Director for Quality a Huitt-Zollars, implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Born and raised in Iowa, Ms. Pillar received her BSCE from South Dakota State University. During her career she has worked for the FAA and various consulting companies designing and managing public works and transportation projects.
In 1992, Governor Ann Richards appointed Ms. Pillar to the Texas Board of Professional Engineers (TBPE) where she served a six-year term and was selected Chairperson in 1995. She is past president of ASCE Fort Worth Branch (2005) and was the SAME Fort Worth Post president in 2011. Roxanne was president of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers 2000-01.
Roxanne is currently a member of American Society of Quality. She is a member of the UTA Civil Engineering Advisory
